Reserve a Tree
Follow directions on our store door
Pick up a Reserve
- come to the Store
- inform the clerk that you have a “reserve"
- give them your name
- pay the cashier for the tree
- we will retrieve your tree
Schedule a Pick up
time slots for pick-ups are every 15 minutes, you do not have to arrive at the
scheduled pick up time but your tree will be cut and ready by that time
- Call or email ahead to “schedule a pickup”
- Indicate your desired pick-up day, time and if you want the tree wrapped & drilled
- Trees are cut 15 minutes before the scheduled time
- When you arrive, inform them you have a “scheduled pickup”
- Pay for your tree
- Show your receipt at the barn to retrieve your tree
PrePaid Pick up
- call or email, ask to “ schedule a PrePaid pickup”
- Indicate your desired pick-up day, time and if you want the tree wrapped & drilled
- We send an invoice through Square
- We receive notification when the invoice is paid
- Trees are cut 15 minutes before the scheduled time
- When you arrive tell a Barn Helper that you have a “prepaid scheduled pickup”
- Invoices NOT paid by the pickup time will have to pay in the store before collecting your tree
